SUMMARY

Long Live The New Flesh!

It’s amazing that a Billboard Top 100 album like this one has been out of print for so long. Needless to say, Superfecta has rectified this situation in a big way. Not only are the original 11-tracks presented in their remastered glory, but 4 bonus tracks (also remastered) have been added to the mix: The extended versions of Postcards From Paradise and Siamese Twist, as well as their respective B-Sides I'm Not Like Everybody Else and Dumbest Thing. The bonus tracks have never before appeared on CD.

Mr. Nick Marsh (www.nickmarshmusic.co.uk), Flesh's lead singer, supplied us with a slew of classic photos and memorabilia that we've reproduced for the package and he even penned the liner notes. The booklet also includes the original lyrics.

And we haven’t even mentioned just about the biggest alternative hit from 1987 that kicks off the CD: I Go Crazy. First heard in John Hughes’ motion picture, Some Kind of Wonderful, the video for this hit single was all over MTV back in the day and can currently be seen on VH1 Classic.

REVIEWS

A classic pop/rock album in an indie mold...excellent.
